Scentora is a fragrance and clothing label operated by Zoventra, based in Karachi, Pakistan. Throughout this page, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zoventra, and "you" refers to anyone browsing or ordering from zoventrastore.com.

Using Our Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order with us.
• You agree to give accurate, current information when creating an account, signing in, or placing an order — this is what lets us actually deliver your parcel to you.
• You're responsible for keeping your account (Google/Facebook sign-in) secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with how it works for other shoppers.

Products & Pricing

• We describe our fragrances and clothing as accurately as we can, but screen colours can vary slightly from the actual product, and scent longevity may differ from person to person based on skin type.
• All prices on the site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Occasionally a product may go out of stock faster than the site updates. If that happens after you've ordered, we'll reach out to you on WhatsApp with alternatives or a full refund of any advance paid.

Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed directly through the website or via WhatsApp — both are treated as valid orders and appear on our end with the source noted.
• We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis for most orders. Where a card/online payment option is offered, it will be clearly marked at checkout.
• After you place an order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details before it's dispatched. An order is only considered confirmed once we've verified it with you.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, mistaken, or placed in violation of these terms.

Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. A standard delivery fee applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — they can shift due to courier delays, weather, or your location. We'll keep you posted over WhatsApp if anything changes.
• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and, where applicable, make the cash payment.

Reviews & Content You Submit

If you leave a product review, you're confirming it reflects your genuine experience and doesn't contain anything offensive, misleading, or unlawful. We may remove reviews that violate this, and we may display your name alongside a review you submit.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Scentora and Zoventra names, logos, product photography, and written descriptions — belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Zoventra isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site, beyond the value of the order in question.

We may update these terms occasionally as our business grows. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
